Circumstance does not make the man; it reveals him to himself.

Practice Areas: Personal injury
Personal injury law is an area of law that covers damage done to another person, their property, rights, or reputation.
A personal injury claim can result from accidents at work or on the road, they can be due to faulty products or medical malpractice, or any other injury due to the negligence or unsafe actions of another party. Therefore nobody is exempt from being sued for damages resulting from such injuries.
In addition, the Consumer Protection Act, which came into effect in 2011, has imposed strict product liability. This places retailers, manufacturers and suppliers at greater risk of being sued.
Pule Incorporated specialises in acting as attorneys for the defendant. Our litigators are able to represent clients in all aspects of personal injury litigation, such as medical negligence, public and product liability, liability of suppliers arising from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, insurance, and all aspects of public and state liability.
- Pule Inc has an extensive personal injury division. The firm has been on the panel of the Road Accident Fund since 2004 and to date we have handled in excess of 10 000 matters on behalf of the Fund.
- We also currently attend to claims instituted against Credit Risk Management, a division of Transnet, relating to personal injuries.
